This 35-minute Strength Pilates class is designed to sculpt and strengthen your upper body and glutes using intentional, controlled movement. We’ll focus on building lean muscle and improved posture through upper body work, while also lifting and toning the butt and thighs with powerful lower body sequences.
Light hand weights and ankle weights are recommended to help deepen the burn and boost muscle activation, but the class can be done equipment-free if you prefer. This is a great workout to add into your routine this week to help you feel strong, grounded and energized from head to toe x
