Today we have another mat abs & waist power pilates. This energising class is going to help de-bloat, define your abs and get a real pilates glow! This class has some of my favourite exercises to connect to the deep core and obliques, which help to pull the abs in like a corset creating a defined waist and flatter abdominal wall. We also work the lower abs with a super spicy mat series.
