In this mat pilates toning class we practice the pilates breathing techniques that are a central component of the Align Method. If you have time, I recommend having a look over the Pilates Breathing video in the Align Method section - it provides some helpful detail on how to use pilates breathing to engage your abs and waist muscles, connect to your movement and improve the effectiveness of your workout. I hope you enjoy this mindful mat pilates class xx
