In this legs and butt focussed Reformer class we use socks or gliders (if you have them) to replicate the flowing and dynamic movements of a Pilates Reformer. If you don't have gliders, you can use a thick pair of socks on a hard surface, just like i do in this class. For some extra resistance in the mat sections, try adding a booty band.
