We’ll focus on building strength, definition, and stability in your core and lower body, with low-impact cardio intervals between strengthening sections to keep your heart rate up. If you’re looking for a less intense workout today, feel free to check out a class from the Beginner Challenge. Weights are recommended for an added challenge, but not required.
