This full-length class is all about mindful movement that challenges your body in a low-intensity yet powerful way. With a focus on your abs, thighs and butt, we’ll flow through a series of sculpting Pilates exercises that feel like a strong, supportive hug for your body.
I’ll be adding light hand or ankle weights for extra resistance, but this workout is just as effective without equipment. Every move is designed to engage your muscles deeply, build control and leave you feeling lengthened, strong and re-centered.
This is the perfect class when you want to tone and strengthen your abs, butt and thighs while also reconnecting with your body and leaving the mat feeling grounded and empowered.
