This one is really special to me.
There are so many days where we don’t have the time, the energy, or the motivation to commit to a full workout… but those are often the days we need it the most. This class is your reminder that even 15 minutes can completely shift how you feel.
I really want you to try to fit this in somewhere during your week — not perfectly, just whenever you need it. When you’re feeling flat, overwhelmed, or a little disconnected from yourself. Because movement like this has the power to change your energy so quickly.
We’re using simple, effective full body sculpting to wake everything up, get your blood flowing, and bring you back into your body. And as your body shifts, your mindset follows. You start to reframe your thoughts, move away from that negative spiral, and come back to a more positive, grounded place.
This is about restoring your energy, not draining it. About showing up for yourself in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
So if today isn’t perfect — do this anyway.
Let this be your reset.
You’ll feel the difference.
