Hello my love, today we have a sculpting and spicy mat class focused on arms and abs. We’re adding weights to up the challenge, sculpt the shoulders, and create that graceful posture we love. Our mat series flows into deep core and waist work with a dynamic, energising rhythm. You’ll feel connected, energised, and so glowy after this one.
Weights are totally optional. You’ll see in the first series how powerful bodyweight and mind–muscle connection can be for sculpting. If you’re ready for more, 3–5 lb hand weights are perfect — choose whatever feels strong while still maintaining your form and technique.
