DAY 27 - 15 MIN BODY LOVE MEDITATION
This meditation is to improve your relationship with your body and increase self love. We do some really deep healing and releasing of old negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs about our bodies in this meditation. We then cultivate a deep sense of self love and appreciation for our bodies, and start manifesting perfect health and our ideal bodies. This is a really powerful meditation. Allow yourself to really feel all the feelings and work through whatever comes up. Doing this inner work and healing is hard and confronting, but so so transformative. Watch your love for your body transform as you do this mediation often. Such a beautiful and powerful final meditation to show our bodies love for completing this challenge.
