Intentions is a 2-week Pilates program designed to sculpt, tone and lengthen your body while also strengthening your mindset. Each class blends dynamic, results-driven movement with powerful mindset work, incorporating intention setting, visualization, self-love and positivity to help you reset both physically and mentally.

This program is perfect for the start of a new season, a new year or any time you need to refresh your routine and reframe your mindset. Through a mix of full-body sculpting, targeted toning and mindful movement, you’ll create space to not only build strength and confidence but also to cultivate clarity, focus and a deeper connection to yourself.
