Our mat series flows into deep core and waist work with a dynamic, energising rhythm. You’ll feel connected, energised, and so glowy after this one.
Weights are totally optional. You’ll see in the first series how powerful bodyweight and mind–muscle connection can be for sculpting. If you’re ready for more, 3–5 lb hand weights are perfect — choose whatever feels strong while still maintaining your form and technique.
