This Power Pilates class is designed to challenge your abs and glutes with dynamic movements and optional light weights. We’ll focus on building strength, definition, and stability in your core and lower body, with low-impact cardio intervals between strengthening sections to keep your heart rate up. If you’re looking for a less intense workout today, feel free to check out a class from the Beginner Challenge. Weights are recommended for an added challenge, but not required.
