Hi my love today I’m taking you through a mat Pilates class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and de-bloat.
This one is all about slowing things down and moving in a more restorative, intentional way. We’re focusing on your abs and glutes while layering in movements that support digestion, reduce bloating, and help you feel lighter and more comfortable in your body.
Expect a gentle, mindful burn with a strong mind–muscle connection. This is about feeling good from the inside out — reconnecting to your body, releasing tension, and creating that calm, balanced energy we’re looking for.
You don’t need any equipment for this class, but if you’d like to add a little extra burn, you can incorporate 1 lb wrist or ankle weights.
Take your time, stay connected but don't be surprised when the burn sneaks up on you 🤍
