This quick mat Pilates workout is designed to lift, tone and sculpt your glutes using controlled, targeted movements that activate the muscles from every angle. Expect a deep Pilates burn, mindful movement and that strong, sculpted feeling we all love.
Perfect for busy days when you’re short on time, this class can be done on its own for a quick glute-focused workout, repeated for an extra challenge or added onto the end of another class as the perfect finisher.
I’m using 1 lb ankle weights for an added burn, but they’re completely optional. Focus on control, connection and squeezing through every rep to get the most out of this workout.
