Welcome to the final week of the Warm-Up, my love 🤍 We’ve spent the last few weeks building strength, momentum and consistency together, and today’s class is all about sculpting and strengthening your abs and waist as we head into Summer.
This mat Pilates workout uses slow, controlled movement to deeply activate the core, define the waistline and create that strong, toned Pilates feeling we all love. Expect mindful movement, deep core engagement and a burn that leaves you feeling so connected to your body.
For today’s class, I’m wearing a pair of 1 lb ankle weights and using 3 lb hand weights for an added sculpting challenge. The equipment is completely optional, but if you want to take the burn up a notch, definitely grab your weights and join me down on the mat.
