This is where we turn up the intensity, build strength, and start seeing those changes really take shape.
These workouts are designed to lift and sculpt the glutes, tone the thighs, define the abs, and strengthen the upper body, using higher reps, added resistance, and more dynamic sequences. Expect that deep burn we love, paired with the confidence that comes from knowing you’re getting stronger with every class.
SCULPT week is about locking in — trusting your body, showing up with intention, and giving that little bit extra while still moving with control and great form. This is where strength meets shape, and momentum really builds.
