This inner thigh–focused quickie is your bonus burn for Week 2 of Align + Adore. It’s all about deep, intentional movement to tone and strengthen the inner thighs, with just enough outer thigh work to keep things balanced and sculpted.
Use it as a finisher after your daily class to turn up the heat, or on its own when you’re short on time but still want that connected, empowered feeling. You can add ankle weights for a little extra spice, or keep it bodyweight only and focus on form and mind-body connection.
