This week is all about celebrating the strength and beauty of your lower body — with classes designed to sculpt the thighs, lift the booty, tone the calves, and build long, lean leg muscles. We’re focusing on intentional movement, deep muscle activation, and creating results that not only look amazing but feel empowering. Every class is crafted to help you connect to your body, embrace the burn, and move with love.
About This Class
This full-length sculpt session is the perfect way to kick off the week. Using a Pilates ball and resistance band, we’ll target the inner and outer thighs, glutes, and hamstrings with precision and control. Expect slow, juicy pulses, lengthening holds, and plenty of that signature Align burn.
You’ll feel your legs working from every angle, including standing and side lying, for a full lower-body sculpt. The equipment is fun, but optional and I give modifications for those who don't have it.
