Welcome to your Reset Challenge, my love. This month is all about resetting your mind, your body, and your routine so you can feel like the best version of yourself and set yourself up for everything we have coming this Summer.
Today’s class is a full body sculpt focused on the abs, arms, and butt. It's the perfect combination to wake up your body and bring your energy back online. Think controlled movements, targeted toning, and that feel-good burn that leaves you glowing from the inside out.
This is your Week 1 energy reset. We’re building momentum, creating that shift, and stepping back into a routine that feels strong, consistent, and aligned.
I’m wearing 1 lb ankle weights and using 3 lb and 5 lb hand weights, but you can adjust this to suit you. Go lighter, go heavier, and make it work for where you’re at.
