Hi my love, I’m so excited to welcome you to a brand new month on Align. We’re kicking off October with fresh energy, a new challenge, and so many updates to help you feel strong, motivated, and inspired all month long.
This month’s Align Challenge is your go-to plan for staying consistent and seeing results. I’ve created a new class for every day of the month, with a balanced mix of all our signature styles: strength, sculpt, mat Pilates, and restorative flows on the weekends. Each week is designed to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged so you can build strength, stay consistent, and feel incredible in your body.

I’ve also been working on something really special — a brand new 7-Day Pilates Program that’s launching this month. It’s all about transforming your body, mindset and energy. Think of it as your Pilates glow-up. I’ll be doing it alongside you, and I can’t wait for us to move through it together. More details will be coming very soon, so keep an eye out.
