This Strength Pilates class focuses on your upper body and posture, helping you build strength and improve alignment. We’ll work through exercises designed to tone your arms, shoulders, and back while promoting better posture. Light weights (I'm using 3lb) are recommended to add extra resistance and build strength. If you are looking to strengthen and sculpt while enhancing posture and overall upper body definition, this class has you covered.
