This energizing Full Body Sculpt class is all about building strength, boosting endurance, and feeling powerful in your body, from head to toe.
We’ll be using a resistance band and Bala weights (or light hand/wrist/ankle weights) to intensify the burn, increase muscle engagement, and challenge your coordination and control. Expect dynamic, flowing sequences that target every major muscle group while keeping your core activated throughout.
The band helps us add resistance and sculpt through a deeper range of motion, while the Balas elevate the intensity without sacrificing form. Don’t worry if you don’t have equipment, you can absolutely still do the workout and feel the burn by focusing on slow, controlled movements and activating your muscles with intention.
