In this workout we're using the Pilates ring and light hand-weights for an intense fat-burning and toning workout. We're using the ring for standing toning as well as on the mat. If you don't have a ring, you can use hand-weights instead and hold them like I'm holding the handles of the ring, however if you want a ring you can find one here: https://bbfit.co/store/
