You've made it to the final workout of week 1! I am so proud of you for showing up for yourself this week. How are you feeling my love?
Today we are focusing on tuning in and creating that deep core connection. Today's mat Pilates workout uses slow, controlled movement to deeply activate the core, define the waistline and create that strong, toned Pilates feeling we all love. Expect mindful movement, deep core engagement and a burn that leaves you feeling so connected to your body.
For today’s class, I’m wearing a pair of 1 lb ankle weights and using 3 lb hand weights for an added sculpting challenge. The equipment is completely optional, but if you want to take the burn up a notch, definitely grab your weights and join me down on the mat.
