Hello my love! Welcome to Day 1 of the Summer Sculpt challenge! I'm so excited you're here.
Over the next 14 days, we're going to show up for ourselves, move our bodies and build strength, confidence and momentum together. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to press play and trust the process.
Today's Full Body Sculpt is the perfect place to start. And when I say full body, I mean full body. Think toned thighs, lifted glutes, sculpted abs, defined arms and that incredible feeling of doing something good for yourself.
