Welcome to the Summer Sculpt Pilates Challenge! This 14-day Pilates program is designed to tone, strengthen and energize your entire body just in time for Summer. Featuring 14 brand new sculpting Pilates workouts, this challenge will have you feel strong, confident and glowing from the inside out.
Each week, you’ll move through a balanced mix of sculpt, strength, and mat Pilates classes, with a relaxing stretch and meditation included to round out your routine. These are the workouts I’ll personally have on repeat all summer long. They’re short (25-30 mins each), effective and energizing, without leaving you feeling depleted or over-worked.

These workouts are easy to fit into your daily routine whether you’re at home, traveling or just carving out a moment for yourself during a busy day. Each class is designed to challenge your body in new ways and help you move with intention and confidence.
This challenge is all about trying new things and pushing your body in fresh, fun ways. So we’re incorporating some light equipment like ankle weights, a Pilates ball, booty bands and hand weights to help you take your workouts to the next level. Don’t worry if you don’t have the equipment or prefer not to use it. Every single class includes modifications so you can still get an amazing workout with just your mat. I’ll also be sharing a video walking you through each piece of equipment, how I like to use it and exactly how to modify the moves if you’re going without. It’s all about making it work for you and your body.
