Hi my love, welcome back for day 2!! This challenge is off to such an amazing start, our community is bringing ALL the good vibes and energy!! It is so inspiring! How are you feeling after yesterdays full body class?
Today is a booty builder class to lift, strengthen and tone the glutes and thighs. For this class our standing series targets the larger muscle groups, adding in the band and weights for an extra challenge. On the mat we get into isolation exercises for the hips and glutes, working them from all angles - did someone say peachy? We are going to be feeling the burn! Trust me, I am feeling all those pulses too, but we are in it together!!
Depending on your goals - keep the weights lighter to sculpt and tone, or heavier if you want a more strength based workout. I would recommend keeping lighter weights nearby, as we are working in higher reps and dynamic movements in this class.
EQUIPMENT: 1 lb ankle weights, 3 lb hand weights & light to medium booty band (optional)
