We’re working the larger muscle groups with dynamic lunge variations to build strength and endurance. Afterward, we’ll take it to the mat for Pilates-style lifting and lengthening to sculpt and tone your glutes. Feel the power in your lower body and embrace the challenge! Our focus today is feeling CONFIDENT in our bodies and putting in the work! Effort is sexy, keep showing up for YOU! You got this!
Equipment: 3 or 5 lb hand weights and 1or 2 lb ankle weights optional. Wear running shoes for this class.
