MARCH 16 - *NEW* STRONGER ARMS + BUTT STRENGTH (WEIGHTS RECOMMENDED)
STRONGER CHALLENGE
•
35m
This class is part of our Stronger Program, where we begin introducing the option of heavier resistance to help sculpt, tone, and build strength while still moving with controlled Pilates form.
In this workout we focus on the butt and arms, using 1 lb ankle weights with the option to add 5 lb or 8 lb hand weights for an extra challenge.
The heavier weights are completely optional. If you prefer a gentler workout, you can simply use your ankle or wrist weights and still get a really effective session. If you’re working out at home with different equipment, that works too — even 3 lb weights will feel great in this class.
If you’re ready to increase resistance and build strength, grab your heavier weights and join in. Or keep things lighter and move at your own pace — both options will help you feel stronger, more toned, and more connected to your body.
Optional Equipment
• 1 lb ankle weights
• 5 lb or 8 lb hand weights (or whatever weights you have available)
