SEPT 21 - STRONGER FULL BODY (WEIGHTS RECOMMENDED)
STRENGTH CHALLENGE - SEPTEMBER
•
36m
These new classes are designed to incorporate heavier weights (always optional) to challenge you, sculpt and tone your body, build confidence, and help you become the strongest version of you.
If you’re doing the STRONGER Challenge, this is where you’ll begin integrating heavier weights into your strength, sculpt, and mat classes inside Align. If you’re following the March calendar, you can absolutely go lighter to keep the focus more sculpt-based and mindful. This program is adaptable to you and your goals.
Today we’re kicking off with a Full Body Sculpt using 3, 5, and 8 lb weights. We start lighter for upper body sculpting, then layer in heavier weights for lower body strength and combo movements. We finish with spicy, Pilates-based mat work to deeply activate and define.
Move slow and connect to your body with each rep. This should feel challenging, but like you can maintain your form and technique throughout.
Be sure to watch the welcome video and read the full description for FAQs, weight guidance, and tips on how to modify based on your goals and fitness level.
Let’s get stronger 🤍
EQUIPMENT: 1, 3, 5 LB WEIGHTS (BEGINNER) OR 3, 5, 8 LB WEIGHTS (ADVANCED) or go even lighter/ heavier based on your fitness level
