DAY 3 - FULL BODY YOGALATES
I love this class, it is SO dreamy. Today we're taking Pilates based toning and adding in yoga style stretching. This mindful movement class for a workout that is the perfect mix of sculpt and stretch. Today I want you to tune into your body and really honour how you want to move your body today....
