I love this class, it is SO dreamy. Today we're taking Pilates based toning and adding in yoga style stretching. This mindful movement class for a workout that is the perfect mix of sculpt and stretch. Today I want you to tune into your body and really honour how you want to move your body today. This is your time for you so show up in a way that feels GOOD. We had to film this class at sunset to add to the dreamy vibes, plus we finish with a meditation to leave you feeling connected to your body and soul.
