Today we have a meditation to embody your transformation. This is designed to bridge the space between SCULPT and TRANSFORM week, helping you step fully into the strength, confidence, and energy you’ve been building.
This is about more than the physical work — it’s about noticing how you feel, how you move, and how you’re showing up for yourself. Take a moment to slow down, tune in, and really embody the version of you that’s been created through this challenge.
I like to think of this as a moment of inspiration and reflection, rather than a traditional meditation. You can listen lying down, sitting comfortably, on a walk, or while getting ready for the day — whatever feels best for you.
You’ve done something so powerful for yourself, and I am beyond proud of you.
Enjoy this moment and get ready — TRANSFORM week is here 🤍
