This mat Pilates class is all about sculpting your arms and lifting your booty with slow, controlled movements that go deep. I was planning on making this one a quick Toned in 20, but I guess I was loving those upper body and glutes sequences so much it ended up being closer to 30. Trust me your arms and butt will thank me!
We’ll move through flowing, low-impact sequences that combine upper body toning with glute-activating movements to build strength, improve posture, and fire up those deep stabilizing muscles.
Light hand or ankle weights can be added to boost resistance and intensify the burn, but they’re totally optional. You’ll still feel every movement by focusing on form, control, and that all-important mind-muscle connection. This is a low-impact, high-activation class that builds strength where it matters most xx
