Ready to power up your thighs and butt? This Strength Pilates class is all about building lower body strength with a mix of controlled, sculpting moves and resistance-based Pilates exercises. We’ll be using a booty band and light weights (optional but recommended) to take things to the next level and really fire up those muscles. You can totally do this class without the band - all the moves will be the same (just without the added resistance on your thighs and glutes).
Expect to feel the burn in all the right places as we focus on toning, lifting, and strengthening your glutes and thighs. Every move is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and connected to your body.
