  • AUG 31 - 25 MIN CARDIO CIRCUIT CLASS (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)

    Today we have quick and sweaty Cardio Pilates circuit class. You can do the whole class without any equipment but if you want to add some resistance, you can use some light (1-2lb) ankle weights and some 2-3lb hand weights.

  • JULY 31 - 30 MIN REFORMER CLASS (SOCKS OR GLIDERS)

    In today's new reformer class we add some light cardio sections to our reformer pilates class to produce a sweaty, low impact and lengthening workout. Use some thick socks or gliders to slide and replicate the movements we normally only see on a reformer bed.

  • MAR 3 - 30 MIN LOW IMPACT CARDIO ABS (NO EQUIPMENT)

    In this class we target the abs, lower belly and waistline area while getting an amazing energetic workout. Expect a sweaty, energising workout but without heavy impact on your knees and joints (no jumping, burpees etc).

  • NOV 30 - *NEW* QUICK REFORMER CLASS (SOCKS/GLIDERS)

    This quick reformer class is the perfect toning and lengthening for your Luteal Phase or any time you are looking for a satisfying leg and butt workout that will still be gentle on your body. Make sure to find a smooth surface to slide on with some thick socks, or try some pilates gliders.
