This quick cardio class is the perfect energising class for your ovulatory phase or any time your body needs some higher tempo movement. If you want to add some resistance, I'm using some light hand weights and ankle weights.
Today we have quick and sweaty Cardio Pilates circuit class. You can do the whole class without any equipment but if you want to add some resistance, you can use some light (1-2lb) ankle weights and some 2-3lb hand weights.
