September always feels like the real new year, right? Summer’s winding down, everyone’s getting back into routines, and it’s the perfect time for a little reset. That’s exactly what this month on Align is all about…fresh energy, new classes, and a challenge that’s going to get you feeling strong, focused, and ready for the rest of the year.
The September Challenge
This month we’ve put together one of our best challenges yet. You’ll see a mix of brand new classes we just filmed in the Align Studio and some community favorites you’ve been loving. Expect strength and sculpt sessions, mat Pilates classics and some fun equipment moments with the ball and band. Mondays kick off with a brand new class and we’re keeping 20-Minute Fridays, so even on busy weeks you’ve got something quick to keep you consistent.
Fresh Classes
I’m so excited for you to try the new studio classes. We’ve added some reset and debloat flows (perfect if you’re coming off a busy summer) and plenty of sculpting classes to help you feel defined, light, and connected again.
Coming Up
Later this month we’re also dropping a 7-Day Pilates Program that I am so excited about. It’s all about taking things to the next level…refining your technique, reconnecting with your body and giving you a serious sculpt reset.
Other Options
And if you just want something quick and easy, don’t forget about Toned in 10. Seven days, ten minutes a day. Perfect when you’re short on time or just want to keep the routine alive while life is doing its thing.
