Welcome to Reset, our April Pilates Challenge. This is where we hit reset on 2026, let go of what’s not serving us and set the tone for everything that’s about to unfold.
Over the next four weeks, we’re resetting our bodies, our energy and our routines, so we can feel clear, strong and fully in our flow again.
We’ll be moving through brand new Strength, Sculpt and Mat Pilates classes designed to feel good, challenge us in the best way and get us feeling obsessed with our workouts and routines again.
But Reset goes beyond the workouts. Each week, we’re layering in simple, powerful practices to support our mindset, our habits, and our daily routines.
We’re building momentum, we’re building consistency, and we’re setting ourselves up for what’s next.
