Welcome to Week 3 of the Warm-Up, my love 🤍 We are officially halfway through and building serious momentum heading into Summer.
Today’s class is a full body sculpt designed to boost your energy, tone and sculpt from head to toe and leave you with that signature Align glow we all love. Expect controlled Pilates-inspired movements, a deep full body burn and the kind of feel-good movement that leaves you feeling stronger, lighter and more connected to your body.
This stage of the Warm-Up is all about consistency and progression. We’re building strength, confidence and endurance while creating those long, lean lines and sculpted definition that make you feel your absolute best going into Summer.
All you need for today’s class is a pair of light hand weights. I’m using 3 lb weights, but as always, make it work for you and your body.
