This 20-minute Power Pilates class targets your abs and butt with controlled, dynamic movements designed to build strength and definition. We’ll focus on building your glutes and shaping your hips with weighted exercises and challenge your deep core and waist with standing abs series. Expect a combination of deep core engagement and lower body toning to leave you feeling strong and energized. Weights are recommended but totally optional—your muscles will feel the burn either way.
