Today's class is all about creating the mind-body connection. We will be flowing through a reformer style workout using a pair of socks or gliding discs to replicate the movements of a pilates reformer machine. Throughout this class I want you to maintain focus on the specific body parts we are working, visualising the muscles contracting and strengthening and fostering that deep mental connection with your body.
