Hello my loves, today is a day to slow down, tune into your body and reset before going into the second half of your Luteal Phase. Today I want you to give yourself permission to slow down. In the second half of this phase, slowing down is the best thing you can do for your body. It doesn't mean that you're losing progress, it means you're going to come back stronger. Let's allow ourselves to lengthen, release and let go today so we can move to the second half of this phase feeling energetically lighter and restored.
