Hello my love, how are you feeling today? As you move towards the second half of your Luteal Phase you might begin to notice you have a bit less energy. Today we have a light, low impact cardio class to create a gentle sweat, energise your body and mind and help you feel ready for your day. We're using light weights to sculpt the arms and abs and leave you feeling connected to your body. The stepping patterns and twisting movements are going to help activate the lymphatic system to flush out water retention, plus help with bloat and digestion. It's all about feeling good and creating a glow for yourself today.
CYCLE TIP: If your cycle is shorter than 28 days, you may want to skip the cardio and move towards tomorrows mat class or stretch class depending on how you feel in your body. If you have energy, then definitely do this class and enjoy the boost and glow it will give you.
Equipment needed: 1 lb ankle/ wrist weights optional & wear running shoes for extra support jumping and take low impact options if needed
