This full-body sculpting Pilates class is all about strength, tone and precision. We’re using a Pilates ball and light hand weights to take things up a notch, adding just the right amount of challenge to fire up your core, glutes, arms and posture muscles.
The ball helps engage those deep stabilizing muscles and improves balance, while the weights bring the burn to your upper body and boost overall strength. Don’t worry if you don’t have equipment, you can absolutely do this class without it and still feel the sculpt. I’ll guide you through easy modifications along the way.
This is a strong, flowing class that will leave you feeling grounded, energized and powerful from head to toe.
