Sculpt, strengthen and lengthen with this energising Pilates workout designed to target your abs, arms and thighs. Using controlled movements and intentional muscle engagement, you’ll build deep strength, improve stability and leave feeling strong from head to toe.
No equipment is needed for this class, making it easy to do wherever you are, especially those of you who are traveling this season. If you’d like to add a little extra challenge, you can use a pair of light hand weights or light ankle weights, but they’re completely optional.
Remember to move with control, focus on your breath, and prioritise quality over speed. Every rep is an opportunity to improve your strength, posture and mind-body connection.
