Today we are going to power up our routine with a legs and arms-focused Strength Pilates workout! In this class, we’ll combine classic Pilates moves with muscle-building exercises, using light hand weights to really target and tone your legs and arms. Expect to feel your muscles working and fatiguing as we sculpt long, lean muscles while boosting strength and stability. Grab your weights if you’ve got them (I'm using 3lb hand weights and 1lb ankle weights), and let’s work on building a strong, balanced body together! Oh and make sure to fuel your body afterwards with a high protein recovery snack or meal - a protein smoothie or egg based breakfast from our summer menu would be ideal.
