We're keeping everything very relaxed today, creating space in your body and allowing all the changes you've made to integrate, so you can get stronger. This class should feel really good and leave you feeling refreshed and connected to yourself. I hope you can carry this loving energy out into your day and onwards.
The band is optional to help assist your stretches - but adds an extra dreamy relaxed touch!
