Welcome to Align + Adore — our newest 4-week Pilates challenge designed to help you sculpt with intention, move with love, and create results from a place of self-love and celebration.
This challenge is for the girls who want to feel strong yet feminine, powerful yet soft. Its a reminder that our workouts should feel like self-love, not punishment.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different part of the body - Core, Legs, Arms, and Butt - with brand new classes that build strength and definition while keeping that signature Align flow you know and love. Expect a mix of mat, sculpt and strength Pilates classes each week, plus two bonus videos: a spicy little Quickie and a restorative Stretch class focused on that week’s body part.
Whether you’re all in for the full 7-day weekly schedule or popping in for your favorite body part focus, Align + Adore is here to elevate your routine and remind you what it feels like to truly love moving your body.
