Hello my love, today we're back with a legs and butt focused strength class for SCULPT week. It's our first class of the challenge where we're incorporating heavier weights, and a booty band, to sculpt and strengthen your hips, glutes and outer thighs.
Expect deep burn, controlled reps, and that strong, locked-in feeling as we challenge your muscles in all the right ways. Stay focused on your form, move with intention, and feel the change you're creating.
